Cheap Car Rentals in Arizona

We had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise . This includes both picking up and dropping off ! Jocelyn and Bennett were informative , prompt and efficient in getting us through the process . Its people like them that are a key to Nationals success ! Keep up the good work and customers will choose National !

The check in was a bit long. Self-serve kiosks were offline.

Checkin clerk was rude. Car was horrible, dirty, very small, missing floor mats and rubber cover over brake pedal. Very poor value for a 2 month rental.

I booked and was told a shuttle would pick me up. I cancelled because that was not true and it was going to cost me $60 for a taxi to pick up car

They didn’t have the car I reserved. It seemed to be kayak’s fault.

Joshua the desk attendant started by saying he had given my car away. When I asked why and that I had paid for that specific car he sighed and said "I have had a shitty day. I DON"T need this". I had tried changing pick up time on your website and it kept asking me to sign in when I did not have an account. So I figured since I had paid they would not give my car away. There were three Florida SUV's there and he flat out lied and said the cars parked perfectly in front facing out to the parking lot was not theirs and refused to even help us pick up at another location. When we said he is lying about that he said "I will NOT give u the last car. Leave or I will call the cops". He threw us out. When I called his boss another day, He informed me that the cars were in fact theirs. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY CAR RENTAL COMPANY. He repeated how his day was "shitty" as if that were our problem and left us like that knowing I was under tremendous pressure to leave town. I will be reporting Hertz to BBB and write and leave feedback anywhere Hertz is mentioned. I could not believe the manager only said Joshua will need a bit more training!!!! Seriously? Common curtesy and doing your job is not something you can teach anyone. If he can not handle the pressures of his job he needs to not be there!!!!!!

Rented Tesla, good ride, unclear on "fuel" costs, charged for charging

We picked up and dropped off at PHX airport. The whole experience was fast, easy, and customer service was great! The only improvement I would suggest is adding additional directional signage for drop off. It was a little confusing finding where to go

Free upgrade (to a BMW), great cars, great service and cleanliness, good value.

Navigating cancellation was very difficult as Kayak directed me to Sixt and Sixt told me I had to do it through Kayak. Then Sixt’s phone service told me to send an email and then the auto response to the email told me I had to call. Eventually I got a human to engage and they were unreasonably inflexible given the circumstances. Truly awful experience. I’m definitely blaming Sixt but I’ll also be cautious about booking through Kayak in the future too.
