The car was great. I think that you should highlight that insurance will be extra and required, so that we know the true cost beforehand. In addition, the gentleman checking us in did not tell us that adding an extra driver would be extra even when he knew that we didn't really plan on using the extra driver. I canceled this car per the terms and received no response. I was instructed to call Sixth where only a voicemail instructed me to cancel via email which no one responded to. The auto reply instructed me to click a link to cancel. After entering my details, I was messaged that the action (canceling) was ‘not allowed’. The cancellation request was a day prior to the rental.

We picked up the car on Haddington Rd. in Dublin. David and Irwin are very professional and courteous. We found the cars very satisfactory.

Insurance is outrageous. $30 per day for the car and $50 for insurance.
