Me and my friend never smoked in our life and they told us that the car smells like smoke so they can take our deposit money but then they said it’s ok we’ll give u the money ! It’s about how they lie there was no smell cuz we never smoked they wanted to take the deposit!

I forgot the name of the lady that helped me at the front desk but she was amazing. She opened up a few minutes early for me because she saw me waiting. She was very kind and personable. She discovered that I am a serving military member and then gave me an additional discount. After that she even gave me a shortcut to the base you can’t find on Google maps. She was a pleasure to do business with and a fantastic rep for your company. I only wish my check in process was this smooth at every rental agency. Keep up the great work!

The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly when I went in to pick my rental up ..I was told on the phone by customer service that it wouldn’t be a problem that I didn’t have a credit card to put down for the deposit on the rental . I would just need to pay a little bit extra money because I didn’t have one so I would just have to pay it an extra deposit through my debit Visa card, and when I went to go pick it up, she said “no that’s not happening” and then turned her back and walked away on me. Needless to say I did not pick up the rental because I did not have a credit card for the deposit.
