Very poor. Flight was delayed. Made several attempts to contact Dollar at the number on the reservation confirmation as well as the email provided and no one responded. As a result lost my reservation for the car because I passed the 2 hour mark. Once arrived, at the counter rep told me to contact Hertz but who knows that Dollar is hertz? Tried finding a local number for Dollar but does not exist anywhere on the internet. Even asked the hotel to reach but they were also unsuccessful. Rep told me he had no cars but found a car and uncharged me more money. Very diluted process with each one booking agent blaming the other . Will not use Kayak as a third party agent again
