The address for the pick up was wrong, on top off the online reservation price I had to pay an insurance fee and an extra drop off fee. In total I paid 600usd for 24hours of car rental...

To know all the fees they are going to charge you extra, because I read all the terms and conditions and it never said you would be paying double insurance up to 5 k pesos which are non refundable plus the car rental. I did not got a car, I was very dissapointed

Overall, a good experience. It would have been excellent if Avis had not wanted to not honor the reservation price. Avis did eventually honor the reservation price, but here was no need to go through a period of thinking that I was going to pay about twice as much as the reservation price. The reservation price was excellent.

Woman at counter was courteous

Price, insurance was $110 per day. I had the car 30 hours and had to pay 2 days of rental and 2 days of outrageous insurance. I used to pay $67 dollars for insurance in the past. As I have been a long time customer. The car had a terrible smell of burnt motor oil coming from the engine. Called the number provided by them to let them know if the issue and never got an answer. Never going back.
