Very good. I had a medical emergency while I had the rental car out, and Budget arranged for a tow truck to come pick it up where it was parked because i was in the hospital on the return date.

I've had an amazing experience with the vehicle, but I was mislead about the total cost of the vehicle. My confirmation says under $300 for the first week, then when I picked up the vehicle the contract cost was over $400. More the I budgeted for.

The agent would not accept my license, which is a state issued real ID, and told me she could not rent to me until I fixed the problem with my ID. When I asked what I was supposed to do and how I was supposed to get to Chicago for my flight she responded “you’re going to have to figure that out” and offered absolutely no help. I then went across the street to the South Bend airport and had no issues at all renting from their Budget rental desk because there was, in fact, no problem with my ID. The first agent was extremely unprofessional to deal with.

I did not like your service. When people make a reservation, keep it for them and don’t cancel their reservations only to reap them off at the last hour. You canceled my reservations twice and charged me on a day to day basis for two days for a total of $188 plus just because at that time I have no choice even making me to pay more on my credit card. You guys better go to hell. I will never use you guys again nor refer you to anyone even in my next trip to Columbus Ohio.

The vehicle was reliable and unlimited mileage was needed.

When I arrived they had given all the cars away to walkins. There wasn't any cars available and I had to wait untill a vehicle came in. It wasnt cleaned and the gas tank was empty. It also made me late for my destination by an hour and a half. I had made the reservations 4 or 5 days ahead so I would have a car. Then they gave me a minivan because that's all that they had that came in.
