Horrible, they lied that they offered unlimited mileage, this is only offered to renters who flew in, if you’re a local renter, you’ll be charged $25 in addition to the cost of the car. They had very few car options available, didn’t even have what I paid and reserved for. You get charged $16/day for toll if you choose to while other rental cars only charge $13/day. The worst location ever, they are so hidden from the DFW airport and are 10 miles away from the airport which they had their location listed as the airport. The worst experience ever, WILL NEVER RENT FROM THAT COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!

They’re FAR from terminal. You take a shuttle to rental center and then wait 30 min to be picked up on their shuttle and it’s another 15 min drive to their office. Then it’s another 30 min to get a car, because there’s a line and they work super slow. The car I got was clean inside but dirty outside. Would not recommend.

Never picked up car. Two hour wait in small cramped building, not at airport. Finally gave up and took their shuttle back to airport and got a car from another agency in under 10 minutes. Terrible experience.

You can’t even get in touch with them… that’s a start. The vehicle had fries all on the backseat floors. It wasn’t clean at all. The most unprofessional car rental company.

Never got to pick up my rental. I called numerous times. No one picked up the phone and no shuttle came. I had to rent from another company and spent 4x the amount since it was a last minute reservation. It appears they are closed after a certain time.

Tried for a week previous to the rental date to get ahold of the company to attempt to change vehicle size because our travel group size changed. No answers, no replies. Will not rent again with easirent
