The process of pickup and drop off were both very efficient. The staff is very kind, polite and knowledgeable. From the shuttle pickup, I was treated disarmingly nicely. With what felt like genuine kindness and consideration. The car was clean and it ran well, and I had no issues at all over the 10 days I drove it. At the end of my stay, I was late getting to my flight for drop off and was in a bit of a rush, and they were sensitive to this without me even noting it. They timed the shuttle so it was ready to go right when they finished processing my return. I will definitely use Avis when returning to Guadeloupe. First class service.
