Customer service rep was super fast and did not try to sell me add-ons. This for me is very important - I really dislike attempts to be upsold and would rather just use a kiosk or answer such questions, or better, online beforehand. Like "do you want insurance? do you want a GPS device? do you want a toll device?". Anyway, this rep didn't try to do any of that for which I am thankful. Was very fast when I finally got to the counter. The only problem was that there was an hour-long line for pickup because there weren't enough representatives, which sucked. All else was just great.

The only suggestion I would make is at the Reno airport, when there is no one at the booth and rhe car is a call-up, it’s just necessary to sit and wait for the car to be brought up. This only applies to that airport and only under certain circumstances. Otherwise, job well done.

The rate and car were fine. The experience at pick up was really bad. Each employee seemed to go out of their way to not be kind. The expressed aggrevation and frustration with us and the other people I was able to hear while in line.

The Reno Budget pick up was one of the worst I’ve ever had. I say for 30 minutes waiting for them to bring my car and give me the keys. I watched as numerous clients names were called and drove away on their rental car. I finally walked around to find my car. They had forgotten to tell me it was ready and asked like it was my fault for not being more proactive when all the other clients were in and out very smoothly. It was not good. Literally one of the worst I have had.

Pick up process at Reno Airport was horrible. Waited an hour in line to pick up rental car. Only 2 agents working and the procedure seemed terribly inefficient. Agents constantly had to call on cell phones to pick up area.

They do not have a shuttle to the off airport rental site and a cab was pricey for the distance, They did not have the car I ordered available and kept offering me very large cars which were totally unsuitable for the curvy mountainous nature of the driving we were going to do. We waiting well over an hour for a car - which wasn't the one we ordered but at least was smaller. They person assisting us was very nice and tried to help but I will not rent for them again.
