I did not take this trip. It was canceled due to not having a physical credit card that was used to pay with. I payed through Affirm. Didn’t work out so they canceled and I had to do it in person all over again.

I waited 40 minutes for my car. This should not have been that difficult. They needed to have more staff working and a more organized structure.

When I booked the vehicle, the total charge did not include a facility charge of 27.32. Additionally, there were no notes or notification that there would be a facility charge let alone the amount. When I asked Hertz customer service about this since I was not aware, they said I did not have to take the car if that was an issue. Poor customer service on Hertz's part.

When renting express van you must have credit card, when I confirmed my reservation, I was never told to have credit card, as debit card is no good. Van had enough space for my 11 family members, all luggage’s as well. With long drive to Los Angeles from San Antonio, gas wasn’t too bad as well 380$ going there and coming back 260$. Breaks weren’t too great you had to push all the way down to stop make sure you are stopping ahead of time with busy traffic. Other than that we made it back safely, van did meet our needs. Thank you

Counter employee was very rude and short with us. We had reserved a midsized car and were told when we arrived that the only vehicle they had for us was a truck unless we wanted to pay to upgrade to a Tesla. They're attitude was very rude and acted like it was our fault that we were stuck with a truck. We would have rented from another brand but Budget was the only agency available when we flew in.

I was assigned a Hyundai Venue. That car told me every five minutes (or less) that I needed to stop for a coffee break. This could be immediately after I stopped for a lunch or dinner, or any break, for that matter. I could not figure out how to turn that feature off despite my husband researching that over the internet. I hope someone will turn that feature off once you read this message. So, service was wonderful. I would not rent THAT car again.
