The worst experience ever - The car was unusable and ultimately died and had to be towed which took 2 days and incessant phone calls. It was the most abusive disrespectful experience I have ever had and it cost me extra money because their uber driver didn’t pick me up and I missed my flight on top of everything else! Avoid Budget.

The staff was very helpful. There were no cars available to get at the airport so we had to use another location and that was unfortunate but not the fault of Hertz.

It was Spring Break time and I would hope they would have many more cars available than they had but we should have booked earlier as well.

Unhelpful staff, inconsistent and arbitrary policies, unavailable cars, insufficient information… overall an awful experience. I will never even consider renting with Avis again and I will share that sentiment with anyone willing to listen.

I was supposed to pay much less than what this website showed. The rental wasn’t what I thought it would be cheap SUV, but it was clean. I’ve travelled before with much less expensive and better car.

The only problem was the pick up in Sarasita, We waited 50 minutes on line to do the paperwork for the car. They didn't have enough staff on duty to handle the line. The agents themselves were lovely and working hard.
