Reserved a pick up truck, when I arrived they didn't have one and gave me a mid sized suv. I asked for a pick up because I needed one to move a piece of equipment for work. Ended up borrowing a friend's truck for a day. Also asked for a truck because in 6'2 and 295 pounds and am not comfortable in a suv or car. Not a good experience for me.

No attendant present when dropping off my car 05:45am. Lot was full and other cars that had been returned were blocking entrance. Had to park outside of lot. Took my key inside where there was no attendant, no drop box, so left it on counter hoping it was safe. Then ran to my flight. Never had that type unnerving experience in all my many years of car rentals.

Why would you let me reserve a vehicle but then not have any vehicles available when I get there? Then tell me you'll have vehicles available for the next day. I reserved a vehicle for the day I did because that's the day I needed it. Get the lazy management to update the system.

I highly recommend to not use this company. They tried to charge me $80 more because I was an hour early for my pick up. Then they gave me a filthy car with an oil change needed light on. And then you need a QR code to get out of the garage when your cell phone has no service under the garage and you can’t get the QR code earlier because it only last for 10 minutes. I took a good 15 minutes to leave before someone came and helped us Upon returning the car we filled it up and left it in the garage with the keys. There was no one there to help us and then received a bill for $164 for fuel on a car that has a 20 gallon tank and we had already put the fuel in. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Initially I had to wait in line an hour and a half, but the car was great and drop off was awesome a delightful African American young Lady greeted us and took care of everything we didn’t even have to walk inside, what a delightful employee

Staff was friendly. My husband made the reservation in his name when the car was for me. So, we cancelled the reservation in his name and put it in mine; otherwise, we would have to pay extra to add a driver which an increase in price wasn't disclosed until I asked. They honored the original price. However, since it was prepaid, the staff said it would take several weeks for a refund. We will monitor our credit card and dispute the charge if it isn't removed from my husband's account. I just hope we don't have to go to that trouble and the refund will go through as it should.

When we were going over the car, it was dirty. The Hertz staff said she had nowhere to get the car washed. What? So, I am driving a dirty car in a time businesses are stating they are disinfecting and cleaning things better than before. I thought this was unacceptable, but took the car anyway because I needed it and didn't have much if a choice.

The vehicle was nice and drop off was easy. The worst part of the rental process was waiting in line for roughly 45 minutes and it would have been longer than that if the other rental companies hadn't helped out.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was Sunday evening and there was only one person on the rental desk. I was a late rental as was another couple. The agent was very apologetic and worked as fast as possible to get each of us out the door with a satisfactory vehicle.

DO NOT WAIT FOR THE SHUTTLE. They will tell you that it’s coming but it’s not. After over an hour of waiting (and the person on the phone saying they were on their way over and over) we got a taxi only to arrive and see the bus sitting there with no one to drive it. Hadn’t left for hours. The man working in the office when we arrived was rude and couldn’t care less. The woman who works there is great though - only upside to this place.
