Upon arrival we were happy that a Camry was available also the staff was very nice and friendly he suggested a restaurant to us that turned out to the highlight of our trip! I wish we could have had better communication upon return of our vehicle. The desk was unable to give us what our balance would be. We didn’t feel comfortable with just leaving the car there without any proof of return

The car was great. Drop off was good. Pick up wasn’t great. The agent was not clear on giving instructions on where the car was and didn’t ask if I wanted a print out of the contract or if I wanted it emailed. He also offered other vehicles but wasn’t clear on the additional charges that that would incur.

Lines were way too long. Two hours. Only one person at the desk. She tried her best. She should get a raise. Cars that we reserved were not there. Then they were not in the assigned space. The guy at the preferred desk was incredibly rude. Told me to get a pickup for my 8 soccer players. Then made me wait another hour for a van. While there was one parked right in front. Never doing this again.

Customer service number is impossible to find on their website. Cancellation was not possible through hertz. I was asked to login and enter my confirmation number countless times before giving up and not finding any help. When I went in to the physical store, I was given the customer service hotline to call where I was on hold for 40 minutes only to be told I was unable to cancel my reservation. Overall terrible experience and awful customer service.

Representative in Houston was really rude and unprofessional. Didn’t follow the protocol, he just told me to sign the contract (didn’t go over what the contract) and to make sure the gas tank was full when the car was return.

Everything was great except for the attendant when I was leaving garage. I was leaving & bcse she wanted me to go to a different exit than the one I was at csed me to scratch the truck tht I had. She was just rude & seen me gttn rdy to hit the pole but wldnt even warn me or say anything. Not customer friendly @ all!!!

Had to wait a couple hours for a car. They would not give me an eta of when a car would be available. After asking a 3rd time I started to call a number on the contract. They then gave me a car thst had been sitting on the lot. Also, people thst came after us got cars before us. Same size cars. Doubtful I will ever use a 3 r d party for a car again and I won’t ever use dollar again.

We waited in line to get the car for almost an hour. They then told us they had none of the midsize SUV’s, which is what we rented. We were charged $200 to get a bigger SUV because we couldn’t fit our passengers and luggage in a car, which is the whole reason we reserved a midsize SUV. After an hour of all the waiting we go out to the spot out car was supposed to be and there was no car. We had to back inside and wait until the clerk could help us. They gave us a different car that was filthy and sounded like it was going to die the entire time. When we returned it we were charged 15% tac and that on top of the $200 extra for the upgrade we didn’t want but weee forced to take were more than the original advertised rental fee. I will NEVER use dolllar rental again.

The faculty was closed by the time I arrived, after waiting 29 min for the shuttle that never came I was searching through emails and realized that the facility was closed at 6 I had to uber and just lost the rental fee. It was not made obvious that the facility closed at. 6pm. Most airports I have been to are 24 hrs on car rental or at the least they are open past 6pm.

I arrived at Houston Airport, got in line for the rent-a-car shuttle, and waited for nearly half an hour for the bus to arrive, just to learn that those buses had nothing to do with bringing me to Easirent office. I called Easirent office several times, spent about 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get there, and finally heard that the office was closed and I could not get a car. I request a full refund.

Location to pick up is far from the airport, shuttle said pick up every 20 min we had to wait more than 30 minutes, shuttle didn’t come until we called. Phone number that is on the confirmation is an out of the country number. I had to google the phone number. My flight schedule changed to 6 am and the office didn’t open till 8am. So I had to take a different flight.

Horrible rental service, the shuttle pick up from the airport is almost nonexistent you will be waiting for up to a hour. Once arriving at the location that wait time is insane and the customer service again horrible the lack of consideration is mind blowing. If you are 3 hour outside your reservation time they won’t rent to you and that’s even with you waiting on the shuttle to get there and waiting in their establishment for hours to be seen, once they call your name and it’s been 3 hours pass your reservation time they will turn you away. They don’t inform you about the deposit until you are there they try to tack on additional fees last minute. Don’t rent here this was by far the worst experience I had renting a car. I’ve never seen nothing like it.
