Nothing did not use as booked standard SUV and all they had was an electric vehicle which would not work for us.

Hertz didn't have the minivan we wanted. They tried to contact us but you didn't provide contact information for them. They "upgraded" us to a giant SUV we didn't want, which wasn't even available. In the end we rented a Tesla instead. The whole thing was a colossal mess. I'm never renting through you again.

I have rented a from the a few times now. They are a little farther out of the way compared to the immediate rentals from the airport, but they provide a shuttle service and they are cheaper than most. The car was very clean and new, they even gave us a complimentary upgrade. They were also very flexible with us extending our rental by another day after we had picked up the vehicle. Will rent again.

Pick up and drop off is ok.Good brand new car, better than I expected.Driver helped with baggage.Maybe in the future company figure out how to give the clients not expensive opportunity driving by 407 route. I'm happy for deal with this company.

the car was quite dirty, especially on the inside. the fuel indicator said the tank was full, but it wasn't entirely full so when I added gas I spent more than I should. when I brought the car back, although the return was scheduled for 3pm and I delivered it at 2:56pm, they still tried to charge me $81 for 1h late fee, since the pick-up time was 2:47pm. even so, it's just a 10 min extra. I had to go back to the store where they said there is actually a 30 minutes grace period for returns and the clerk removed it from the charges, but still they shouldn't even have tried to charge me that in the first place. clearly they try that with anyone and if you don't pay attention you'll end up paying for something you shouldn't.
